Creative Health Solutions is a therapist-operated company providing Therapy services at Skilled Nursing facilities since 2001. Our mission is to develop great clinicians, provide cutting-edge rehab in a caring environment, and support autonomy that respects our therapists' professional clinical decision-making skills. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
  • Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
  • Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must have:
    • Valid State OT License
