Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Sales Associate in Carrollton, TX with automotive knowledge to join our team in Carrollton! In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle a high volume of customer calls, process orders via phone and email, schedule core return shipments, and provide accurate product ETAs while ensuring top-tier customer service. You’ll work closely with internal teams, maintain knowledge of our automotive products and programs, and help resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Someone with experience as a Service Advisor, especially in an automotive dealership or repair shop, is highly encouraged to apply. Their skills in customer service, repair coordination, and sales make them a strong candidate for roles that require technical knowledge and client interaction. Requirements:

Automotive dealership, repair shop, or automotive retailer experience required
Strong computer knowledge
Excellent customer service skills

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
