Position Title: Shipyard Welder Company Name: Legacy Industries Pay Range: $22-$27+ per hour (based on experience) Industry: Marine / Coastal Construction (Commercial, Industrial, Government or Federal) Location: Jefferson, LA Job Overview Legacy Industries is hiring 12 Shipyard Welders to join our Field Operations team in a fast-paced, marine construction environment. This role is perfect for individuals skilled in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Flux-Core Arc Welding (FCAW), with the ability to perform welds in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. Welders at Legacy play a critical role in shipbuilding and repairs across tugboats, push boats, and barges.
