East Meadow Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to cats and dogs. Experienced doctors and new grads are welcome to apply!

What to Expect

• A schedule that respects your time. Our full-time doctors work 5 days per week (40 hours) with a rotating Saturday schedule. You won't be expected to stay late or be on call. Our hospital hours are Monday 8AM to 7PM, Tuesday 8AM to 8PM, Wednesday 8AM to 5PM, Thursday 8AM to 7PM, Friday 8AM to 5PM, Saturday 8AM to 5PM, and closed on Sundays.
• A 2:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the supportand respectyou need to be excellent for our patients. Our highly experienced, dedicated team takes pride in delivering exceptional patient and client care.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license in the state of New York

The hospital features fully equipped surgical and dental suites, digital radiology, DR radiology, and a full in-house IDEXX lab, along with advanced tools such as radiosurgery, digital dental x-ray, and updated surgical lighting.

The team performs a wide range of procedures in-house, including advanced dental, general, and orthopedic surgeries, as well as abdominal ultrasounds, while partnering with specialists for select cases such as echocardiography and surgical consults.

With 13 years of history and a strong focus on continued growth, the practice is built on a long-standing veterinary legacy and is known for its strong mentorship, having trained many new graduates over the years.
