Automotive Service Manager

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with a strong background in managing high-volume shops, delivering customer service excellence, and meeting financial goals. Must have at least 5 years of relatable experience managing a high-volume shop or multiple shops. Independent or National Chain experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. Job Duties Team leader. Responsible for shop goals. Maintain shop morale. Greet clients and maintain showroom. Schedule appointments. Serve as main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of. Receive, order, and post parts. Review digital inspections. Requirements Automotive experience. Detail oriented. Valid driver's license. Sales experience. Organized. Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Managing client experience from beginning to end.
