Scope of Project

Design and implement solutions on the OMH Application Optimization initiative, FIS, and other OMH projects using C#, .NET, MVC, PL/SQL and related programming technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Develop applications using Visual Studio, MVC Architecture, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF.
• Create and maintain Oracle database objects and PL/SQL code.
• Support data conversion and migration activities.
• Mentor and assist programmers on development, troubleshooting and deployment activities.
• Utilize GitLab source code management and version control processes.
• Manage incidents and requests through ITSM.
• Coordinate releases and changes with ITS teams.
• Diagnose production issues and participate in critical support efforts.
• Report project and task status to management.

Required Skills

• 84 months Experience developing web-based applications using C# and/or .NET, Angular, for n-tier web deployment.
• 84 months experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
• 84 months experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc.
• 84 months experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
• 48 months experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later versions.
• 24 months experience in designing & implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 36 months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
• 12 Months of experience with financial applications.
