The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Third-Party Listing Coordinator to own the accuracy and performance of our product listings across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Working primarily in Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), you'll get products live correctly, keep them live, and resolve the listing and matching errors that stand between our catalog and the customer, with a particular focus on size and variation mapping and ASIN accuracy.

This is an experienced-level, hands-on role. You'll be expected to perform the core functions independently from day one and to serve as our internal subject-matter expert, documenting processes and training the rest of the team. This is not a train-on-the-job position; the fundamentals of marketplace listing operations are a prerequisite, not something we'll teach.

This position reports directly to the Merchandising Manager.

What You'll Do

• Create, publish, and maintain product listings across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart through Rithum, ensuring products sync correctly to each marketplace

• Manage the daily listing and matching queues in Rithum, resolving SKUs flagged as Error, Blocked, Not Listed, Pending, or unmatched

• Resolve matching errors that prevent a SKU from attaching to an ASIN, most often caused by missing, malformed, or unrecognized UPC, GTIN, or EAN identifiers

• Correct inaccurate ASIN matches where a SKU has attached to the wrong Amazon detail page, including submitting catalog correction cases through Seller Central

• Diagnose and resolve size and variation mapping issues, including values that don't conform to Amazon's accepted attributes and incorrectly structured parent-child variation families

• Interpret Amazon error codes surfaced through Rithum, correct the underlying product data, and confirm successful re-sync

• Open, track, and follow through on marketplace support cases with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart until resolved

• Reconcile marketplace listings against the master catalog and escalate recurring data issues to be fixed at the source

• Document workflows and train team members on listing, matching, and error-resolution processes

• Products go live quickly and accurately across all three marketplaces, correctly matched and fully attributed.

• Listing and matching errors are cleared promptly, and the queue stays under control rather than backing up.

• ASIN and size/variation issues are resolved correctly the first time, without creating downstream problems.

• The team has clear documentation and a reliable expert to turn to, because you've built both.

What You Bring

Marketplace Expertise (Required)

• Proven, hands-on experience listing and troubleshooting on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace, with the ability to perform the core work without training

• Demonstrated ability to resolve size and variation mapping errors, including parent-child variation structures

• Working knowledge of ASIN structure and the ability to correct missing, incorrect, or duplicate ASIN matches

• Strong understanding of product identifiers (UPC, GTIN, EAN) and their role in marketplace matching

Platform and Tools

• Experience with a feed or listing management platform; Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) strongly preferred, with comparable platforms such as Feedonomics or SellerCloud considered

• Excel proficiency for catalog data, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, reconciling data across files, and bulk listing uploads
