Electronics repair technician

job summary:
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of interconnect solutions, is looking for Repair Technicians for second and third shift 2:30-11pm, 10pm -7. Key qualifications include 1+ years of experience in board-level repair for enterprise-grade servers, networking, or storage hardware. IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711/7721 certifications are preferred, but not required. An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• High-End Board Repair: Lead board-level repairs on complex assemblies, focusing on high-value SMT components and DDR4/DDR5 memory.

• Precision Rework & Inspection: Execute expert BGA rework using thermal profiling and X-ray inspection to ensure zero-defect quality.

• Failure Analysis & Debug: Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis and system-level debugging to improve overall production yields.

• Process Engineering: Collaborate with the Memphis team to develop custom repair fixtures and methodologies for server architectures.

• Compliance & Traceability: Maintain strict ESD standards while documenting all repair data and failure modes in Flex tracking systems.

• Experience level: Entry Level
