Construction Estimator – Lead Commercial & Residential Bidding in Palm City

Job Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our premier construction projects across Palm City and the surrounding areas. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Analyze architectural plans and specifications to prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects.
• Leverage your existing network of local contractors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing on essential project materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Client Relations team to build compelling project proposals and secure high-value contracts.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and material submittals to ensure full alignment with project scope and budget parameters.
• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities through proactive plan reviews and value engineering analysis.
• Utilize concrete shell expertise to precise calculate material takeoff quantities and labor costs for foundational structures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of general construction estimating experience.
• Strong familiarity with local South Florida contractors, suppliers, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital construction estimation software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Specialized background or direct experience with concrete shell construction estimating.
• Bluebeam any relevant estimating tools
