Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical Surgical - Telemetry in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment MST skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I am not currently employed at a full time position and if I receive an offer for this position, I will not work at a full time employment of the duration of this travel assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to float to another facility within 25 miles radius.
• Additional Confirmations My residence is more than 100 miles from the facility.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm that I understand fingerprints are a mandatory requirement for all travelers in NM. I am aware this process takes several weeks and must be started immediately to avoid start date delays.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with post operative patient care, including ortho/neurosurgical/abdominal surgeries, is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in managing NG tubes, chest tubes, foley catheters, and turps is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with respiratory issues, diabetic patient care, sepsis, alcohol withdrawal, rib fractures, altered mental status, and pain management is required.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Experience in post-operative care (Ortho, Neurosurgical, and Abdominal surgeries).B Experience with NG tubes, chest tubes, foley catheters/TURPs, respiratory issues, and diabetic patient care. Experience managing sepsis, alcohol withdrawal, rib fractures, altered mental status, and pain management.
