Healthcare Finance Recruiter - Contract

Talent Sourcer

We're seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer with a strong background in recruiting finance professionals within a hospital or healthcare environment. This role will support high-volume hiring initiatives and requires someone highly skilled in sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting recruiters on difficult-to-fill finance-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for finance and corporate support positions
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS systems, databases, and job boards
• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and qualification calls
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive finance talent
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support urgent hiring needs
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and updates within ATS platforms
• Support onboarding and recruitment operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience within a hospital or healthcare setting
• MUST have experience recruiting for finance-related positions
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search methods
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior HR, staffing, or healthcare recruitment experience preferred
