Provider Credentialing Onboarding Specialist (Fully Remote)

Ensure a smooth, high-touch onboarding experience for new healthcare providers. Act as a responsive coordinator for credentialing and payer enrollment processes. What You’ll Do: Guide providers through required paperwork and serve as an accessible point of contact. Request and verify foundational documents such as licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice insurance. Review and prepare applications, CAQH profiles, and supporting packages for processing. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration or provider credentialing. 1+ years of provider-facing customer service experience. Knowledge of CAQH, provider licensure, and enrollment documentation. Salary range of $63,000-$67,000 plus annual bonus targeted at 10%.
