Compensation package includes an average total compensation of $88,000 which includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week. Base rate of $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage, uncapped commission structure of $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage, and tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price.

As a Massage Therapist, you will maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance, deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience, follow our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients, communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, and participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars.

Hiring process includes a phone interview within 24 hours, an in-person interview within 48 hours (after phone interview), an offer letter within 7 days, and you're officially a part of the team and have begun training within 14 days.

Compensation: $42.00 - $57.00 per hour
