Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Experience Requirements Proven work history showing 2+ years in a position 2 years of forklift experience 6+ months of shipping & receiving experience Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Job Duties Operate forklifts to move, stage, and supply products throughout the warehouse Retrieve products from rack locations and transport them to packing and staging areas Verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations Use scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and orders Keep products organized and properly rotated Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report safety concerns Maintain accurate inventory movement and order fulfillment Follow warehouse traffic patterns and all safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned Benefits Consistent Weekly Pay Good Benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
