I opened my agency in 2026 after previously working for State Farm, and today we’re a growing team of two with big plans ahead. I’m a mom with kids involved in gymnastics and soccer, and being able to balance work and family life is something I value deeply, both for myself and for my team. Our office culture is centered around growth, trust, and putting customers first. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Casandra Nawrocki - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
