Must be willing to take call 3-5 times per month.LocationMultiple locations within the regionRequirementsExperience with Philips CT equipmentARRT (CT) certificationValid Florida Rad Tech licenseResponsibilitiesThe CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and in accordance with departmental protocols. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Performing basic radiographic procedures, including fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.Demonstrating proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT scans of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities, as well as biopsy/drainage procedures.Understanding the processing of CT systems and the execution of surgical/sterile procedures with or without contrast media.Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.Additional InformationPlease note that AHCA Fingerprinting is required for all placements in Florida.
