About the Role
LHH is seeking an Operations Specialist to join a dynamic Wealth Management Operations team in Addison, TX. This role supports securities settlement, custody operations, and investment income processing for private banking clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and be comfortable handling high-volume transactional work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact, following established procedures and escalation protocols
  
• Analyze event details and requirements to ensure accurate processing of securities-related transactions
  
• Respond to client and internal inquiries across multiple channels to support service excellence and operational efficiency
  
• Support the movement, validation, and reporting of financial and client data
  
• Identify risks and recommend process improvements based on workflow analysis and operational impact
  
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, and business partners to ensure timely issue resolution
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume workloads within tight timelines
  
• Basic understanding of securities and financial markets
  
• Ability to follow established controls and procedures to mitigate operational and financial risk
  
• Familiarity with audit expectations, documentation standards, and control environments
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reconciling transaction reports, settlement records, or asset transfers
  
• Ability to perform detailed reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to execution
  
• Basic knowledge of corporate actions
  
• Experience identifying and mitigating operational risks within transaction processing environments
