What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
  • Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Support patient and family education and discharge planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation within Epic electronic health records
  • Respond to emergency situations as part of the emergency response team

What You Need

Required:
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state licensing
  • Minimum of 2 years of ER or similar critical care experience
  • Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, TNCC
  • Epic electronic health record experience
Preferred:
  • Experience working in fast-paced emergency settings
  • Ability to adapt to emergency team assignments and dynamic schedules
