About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and sell customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales role where you'll use modern tools and technology to present and close deals during in-home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
• Design customized bath solutions using our software
• Provide pricing and close sales during consultations
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Confident presenter with strong closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
