This role is ideal for an estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working with complex mechanical and plumbing systems.What You'll DoPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for piping projects, including process piping, utility piping, and specialty installations.Perform quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, and develop complete cost proposals.Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive, comprehensive bids.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field leaders to ensure constructability and alignment between estimate and execution.Assist with budgeting, value-engineering options, and preconstruction planning.Maintain organized documentation, historical cost data, and estimating tools to support continuous improvement.What You BringExperience in estimating mechanical and utility/process piping construction projects.Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Familiarity with estimating software, takeoff tools, and industry-standard pricing methods.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.A commitment to accuracy, integrity, and delivering high-quality work.BenefitsFull Benefits
