Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring that pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments are created collaboratively with the clinical team.

• Effectively complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining compliance for audit purposes.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform clinical decisions and refine treatment strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain our standards of excellence.

• Serve as a critical liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within our organization and the community at large to promote our mission and meet contract standards.

• Forge relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to identify new opportunities for partnerships and funding sources.

• Continue personal and professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in community meetings related to mental health advancements.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director that align with our operational goals.
