Physical Therapist Saddle Brook NJ | No Weekends | up to $110k We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Saddle Brook NJ. Recent grads are encouraged to apply. Duties: Patient assessment : evaluating conditions, mobility, strength, and pain levels. Reviewing medical history and collaborating with other team members. Identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs. Treatment planning : develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on diagnosis and team input. Set short – and long- term goals. Adjust plans depending on patient progress and interdisciplinary recommendations. Therapeutic Interventions : Provide exercise therapy, manual treatment and modalities. Patient and Family education : teach patients proper exercises and injury prevention strategies. Educate families on supporting recovery and committing to prescribed plan of care. Promote long-term health and independence. Monitoring and Documentation : Track patient progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical records to be completed prior to end of shift. Modify interventions based on results and team feedback.
