We have been instructed on an incredible opportunity to join a tech/legal startup founded by experienced second-time founders. The role promises the offer of equity in the company, and therefore significant upside, as well as a the interest of supporting the development of their internal AI, working with engineers. The Role Founding ECVC Attorney position - playing a vital role in the success of the company. Serve as a founding attorney and strategic business builder Own direct founder and startup client relationships Lead sophisticated venture financings from inception to close Help build the legal infrastructure of a category-defining startup Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams Support engineers in building scalable legal workflows through AI and automation Technical experience required: Experience with SAFEs, convertible notes, seed financings, Series A/B rounds, and other venture financings Experienced in advising startup clients on Delaware formations, governance, board matters, and corporate structuring Experience in managing cap tables, option plans, and equity documentation 3 days required in-office (Financial District). #J-18808-Ljbffr Wicker Hamilton
