Our client, a Legal & Compliance company, is seeking a detailed-oriented Compliance Analyst to join their team. This position is responsible for ensuring that the company's operations and procedures comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to develop and implement compliance programs that meet industry standards.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will analyze existing policies, identify risks, and recommend changes to enhance compliance. You will also be involved in training staff on compliance-related issues and help prepare reports for regulatory agencies. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and reputation of our client.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments
- Review and update company policies and procedures
- Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on operations
- Provide guidance to staff on compliance issues
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Assist in the development of compliance training programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
