In-Home COTA: Transform Daily Living with Rehab

Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes across Minnesota.

You’ll follow the OT plan of care, address ADLs, and apply adaptive strategies to help patients regain independence. The role emphasizes observing home environments, collaborating with the OT team, and selecting effective activities to improve functional mobility and safety in daily tasks.
