Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric and school-aged students
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy sessions focused on achieving targeted speech and language outcomes
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of progress and session outcomes
• Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated, student-centered care
• Actively involve and educate families in their child’s therapy process and progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as required for speech-language pathologists
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students, families, and colleagues
• Proven ability to manage caseloads independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
