About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in maternal and newborn care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, including monitoring maternal and fetal well-being
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Deliver immediate newborn care following birth
• Educate patients and families on prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
• Baby care experience
• Experience assisting with a range of deliveries (from fewer than 100 to over 300 births)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AWHONN Advanced
• NRP Advanced (including all 11 components)
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)
