Supporting business customers with their Internet, Video, and Phone services, the full-time remote Business Support Representative will manage technical support requests, troubleshoot issues with telecommunications equipment, and document customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and effective problem resolution. Key responsibilities Determine the scope of customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner Provide troubleshooting for ONTs, routers, and HPBX phone systems Document all customer interactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required A+ Certification preferred Experience in service-specific troubleshooting methods Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S Ability to perform on-call rotation duties after regular business hours
