As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing technical projects within the food industry. You will work closely with a team of engineers to design and implement innovative solutions, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

You will develop engineering designs, conduct feasibility studies, manage project execution, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering submissions, creating project schedules, collaborating with plant personnel, and maintaining project documentation. You will also be involved in contract administration and budget monitoring.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Leadership experience, project management skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are also required. The ideal candidate will have a background in food processing and meat industry, as well as experience managing multi-million-dollar projects. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
