Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.Responsibilities:Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service teamTravel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.What you will bring:Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analyticsEnergy and utility knowledge preferableAbility to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team membersMotivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problemsOrganized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical skillsPositive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teamsCan work independently and on a team effectivelyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.Experience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$84,740.00 - $118,860.00Compensation Type:SalaryIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
