Job Overview Level: Management | Location: LIVERPOOL | W Taft Rd [4486] - Liverpool, NY 13088 | Position Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 Base+Commission/year | Shift: Any | Job Category: Sales Responsibilities Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store. Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Sell to find personalized solutions beyond bare‑bones devices and service plans to keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including accessories and emerging IoT devices. Make sure store is always at its best. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding. Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues. Identify and hand off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company’s success. Provide a good time while delivering first‑class customer experience. Qualifications Leadership experience. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to lead a team, share best practices, and serve customers. Effective operational, financial and performance management skills. Excellent communication skills.
