We're hiring a motivated and organized HVAC Installer to join our growing team! Seeking strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities and hands-on training to build your HVAC career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup
• Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials
• Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections
• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization
• Follow safety protocols and company installation standards

Requirements:

• Strong physical ability (lift up to 100 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces)
• Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops
• Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools
• EPA Certified
• Excellent communication and time management
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Must be willing to consent to undergoing a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).

Pay Range

$50,000—$70,000 USD
