You will greet customers upon their arrival, provide a detailed walkthrough of their new RV, and demonstrate its features to ensure they are well-informed and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include verifying that each unit has completed its Pre-Delivery Inspection, is clean and ready, and that all necessary documents are accurately completed. Throughout the process, you will address customer questions, communicate updates to relevant departments, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products that may benefit the customer. You will also inspect units for readiness, follow up on any outstanding items post-delivery, and adapt to any schedule changes as required. The position involves occasional movement between office, loading, and storage areas, as well as work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Your Hours The Customer Delivery Specialist position is full-time, with a schedule that varies within business hours to meet the demands of order volume and customer availability. Shifts may include both weekdays and weekends as determined by business needs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of RVs and their systems Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Close attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple deliveries and deadlines simultaneously Problem-solving skills and adaptability to schedule changes Professional demeanor with customers Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, documentation) Ability to lift and move light to moderate items (typically up to 25-50 lbs) Visual ability to read screens, labels, and documents Comfortable working outdoors and moving between different work areas Preferred Experience in RV, automotive, or delivery coordination Experience working with customers in a service or sales environment Familiarity with PDI processes and vehicle/unit delivery Our Mission Giant Recreation World is Central Florida's leading RV dealer.
