We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager who is driven to create effective analytics solutions that enhance our Star Performance metrics. Key facts Location: Edgewood, Richland County Engagement: Full-time Compensation: $134,155 Team: Not specified What you'll do Lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions that positively impact Star Ratings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of product strategies. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field. Proven track record of managing analytics products or solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders. Nice to have Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicare or Medicaid products. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Skills & tools Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Tableau, or similar. Experience with product management software, like JIRA or Trello. Practical notes This position may require occasional travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
