- Manage, mentor, and lead the Inventory Supervisor and Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, manage cycle count programs, and maintain audit compliance.
- Optimize logistics strategies, including carrier selection and freight costs (primarily working with FedEx, UPS, and DHL).
- Lead ERP optimization and data integrity efforts using our internal system (IQMS).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and planning teams.
- Analyze KPIs including inventory turns, shrinkage, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and overall performance of logistics operations.
- Supervisor/Coach (3 years of experience is preferred)
