Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and lead the Inventory Supervisor and Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.

• Oversee end-to-end inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and continuous process improvements.

• Ensure inventory accuracy, manage cycle count programs, and maintain audit compliance.

• Optimize logistics strategies, including carrier selection and freight costs (primarily working with FedEx, UPS, and DHL).

• Lead ERP optimization and data integrity efforts using our internal system (IQMS).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and planning teams.

• Analyze KPIs including inventory turns, shrinkage, and on-time delivery.

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

• Manage budgets, staffing, and overall performance of logistics operations.
