Job Summary:

Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who can assist with the optimization of State social service IT infrastructure and applications to enhance the quality of life for citizens. The state agency has an increased demand for full lifecycle application development across multiple platforms. This includes various client eligibility and recertification systems, employment and work engagement services, claims systems, and other critical programs. These applications require periodic refinements and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will lead automation for the state's social service transportation benefits. To meet compliance, new features and functionalities will be introduced to support and integrate with the payment distribution method. Duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Developing comprehensive project managementplans.
• Leading the planning and implementation of theproject.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope,goals, and deliverables.
• Defining project tasks and resourcerequirements.
• Tracking project deliverables usingappropriate tools.
• Providing management reporting and information.
• Constantly monitoring and reporting on projectprogress to all stakeholders.
• Presenting reports defining project progress,problems, and solutions.
• Working directly with business stakeholders,clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the buildingof applications to spec and on time.
• Providing project quality assurance.
• Developing quality assurance metrics tomeasure outputs.
• Implementing and managing project changes andinterventions to achieve project output.
• Ensuring all project changes meet thedeveloped quality assurance metrics before it is released to the usercommunity.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
•Minimum 7 years' experience overseeing large-scale, complex projects, comprised of multiple deliverables and/or phases.
•Minimum 7 years' experience acting as Issuing Entity regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements, and scope changes.
•Minimum 7 years' experience managing timelines ensuring that tasks are performed as per scheduled date as per project plan.
•Minimum 7 years' experience with Business Analysis and Project Management. Techniques such as SCRUM and Agile Development Methodologies and Sprint Delivery.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, Business Administration, or another relatedfield.
