Commercial HVAC Helper

$23 hourly and up , depending on experience and skills

Traveling up to 200 miles is required!

Based out of Memphis, TN

40+ Hours Weekly | Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside lead technicians on commercial and industrial job sites
• Assist with HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Help organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Learn commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and components
• Follow all safety procedures meticulously
• Maintain an organized work area and company vehicle

Required Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• HVAC experience is a big plus
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable driving record
• Must be comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the service area
