Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Aviata at Santa Barbara

Shifts Needed:

• Part time: Weekends only on all shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNAs to deliver exceptional care to our residents and patients in our health and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility

• Aid in daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery

• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents

• Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Complete light housekeeping tasks

• Report changes in residents' condition and status

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age

• Florida CNA license

• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

• Completion of our new hire orientation
