A bit about us:

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead the day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader with strong experience in wood-frame and podium-style construction who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Details

5–15 years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
Proven experience with ground-up wood-frame and podium-style construction.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and building regulations.
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
LIHTC experience is a plus.
