Job Full Description

arge manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in their fast-paced office. Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of customer service experience and have strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Duties

Communicate with internal and external customers by email and phone to resolve customer inquiries and Sales Orders. Sets clear expectations by providing accurate information and transparent communication.
Works with team members to ensure all pieces of order are present. Edits orders received for price and nomenclature.
Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and additional information needed. Records or files copy of orders received according to expected delivery date. Enters orders into business system.
Collaborates with Supply Chain and Purchasing to update existing orders to reflect projected ship dates
Assist quality and sales in transacting RMA returns for repair and credit
Multitasks between multiple tools and systems (knowledge base, team meetings, supervisor) and applies information and knowledge to customer situations.

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm
