Production Worker-2nd shift

Location: Merced, CA | Position: Production Worker | Shift: 2nd – 3:30pm – 12:00am (Monday‑Friday). Overtime and Saturdays may be required. Training will be on 1st shift for approximately one month before moving to 2nd shift. Wage: $23.65 plus a $0.40 shift premium for the 2nd shift. Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, a Production Worker is responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. The role includes aiding in various areas of the manufacturing process as directed and striving to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority for every employee. Responsibilities Catch, bundle, and stack partitions. Catch strips and feed hoppers properly. Determine bad partitions and separate them from quality product. Aiding in various areas of the manufacturing process as directed. Qualifications Work safely and follow all safety regulations. Keep an orderly and clean work area. Work well with other employees and have good communication skills. Able to follow verbal instructions.
