Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week. #LI-Hybrid#LI-MK2 What you'll do...Strategic Leadership & Transformation: Lead the departmental shift into two specialized workstreams: a Proactive team focused on early-warning indicators and an Active team focused on managing high-impact distressed supplier cases.Executive Reporting & KPI Architecture: Design and implement a comprehensive reporting tools to provide senior management with high-visibility updates. You will define the metrics that measure team effectiveness, global supplier health trends, and the financial impact of risk mitigation efforts.Legal & Restructuring Governance: Serve as the primary finance lead in the review and negotiation of complex legal documents related to supplier restructurings and accommodations. You will evaluate accommodation agreements and other related documents to ensure Ford’s financial and operational interests are protected.Flawless Financial Reporting: Hold direct responsibility for the end-to-end integrity of SRM financial reporting. You will ensure that all accounting requirements, accruals, journal entries, and quarterly submissions (e.g. CaR reporting) are managed flawlessly and in full compliance with corporate standards.Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary Finance partner to the Supply Chain Operating Team.
