Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTION
To dispense medications for patients upon receipt of a physician order. To provide drug information to the Medical Staff upon request. To provide quality pharmaceutical services to patients and staff.QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience: Graduate of a College or School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education with a minimum of a bachelor's degree required. Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: Maintains licensure in good standing as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New Jersey. Physical Requirements: N: Never O: Occasionally ( 80%) Lifting 50lbs O Crouching O Reaching O Carrying O Hearing C Walking F Pushing O Talking F Vision C Environmental Conditions: Noise O Varied Temperatures O Cleaning Agents O Noxious odors O Patient Exposure O Operative Equipment FBENEFIT INFORMATION
