How You’ll Impact Lives:

As a HomeWell Caregiver, you are more than just an aide—you are a companion and a lifeline. Your day-to-day will include:

• Daily Living Support: Helping clients feel their best through assistance with grooming, dressing, and light meal prep.
• Keeping the Home Bright: Light housekeeping and laundry to ensure a comfortable living space.
• Independence: Providing transportation for errands and appointments, and ensuring medications are taken on time.
• Heart-Centered Connection: Engaging in meaningful conversation, playing games, or simply sharing a walk to improve a client's emotional well-being.

What You Bring to the Table:

We are looking for professionals who are as dependable as they are kind.

Requirements:

• Certification: A valid CNA or HHA license is preferred OR
• Experience: 6 months of full-time (or 12 months part-time) experience caring for seniors or those with chronic illnesses.
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are essential.
• Integrity: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• The "HomeWell" Factor: A professional demeanor, a punctual habit, and a genuine passion for one-on-one care.
