Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 9-week contract assignment in Moses Lake, Washington. The RN will provide direct patient care, oversee clinical operations, and support residents in a secured Alzheimer s and dementia care environment.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality nursing care in a structured long-term care setting.


Key Responsibilities


Provide direct nursing care and patient assessments
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
Supervise LPN and CNA staff as needed
Develop and update patient care plans
Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Ensure patient safety, dignity, and quality of care


Requirements


Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience preferred
Current BLS certification required
Experience in skilled nursing or memory care preferred
Ability to work rotating evening schedules
Strong leadership and clinical assessment skills
Must comply with facility health and safety requirements
Valid government-issued photo identification required
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required
