As a Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to associates and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and policy violations.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
