Construction Estimator

Job Description:

We are seeking an Estimator/Sales Consulting professional with experience in asphalt and concrete maintenance to serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves leading sales and estimating functions by building strong relationships with customers, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with potential and existing clients to acquire new opportunities.
• Assess jobs to determine pricing, planning, and bid development.
• Coordinate with accounting, production, and management to deliver quality products and services.
• Partner with production to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits and research labor costs, materials, and other project data.
• Review offers and quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
• Build relationships with key industry partners.
• Attend marketing events and manage change orders and submittals.

Qualifications:

• Project management experience in paving, concrete, and seal coating.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Familiarity with customer base including property managers, contractors, and officials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam, Filemaker, and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
