Speech Language Pathologist

H2 Health Prime Living - 1:1 Patient Care in Senior Living Communities! Full-Time (35+ visits a week) - Flexible schedule! This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of dysphagia, cognitive impairment, neurologic disorders, and problem-solving programs. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient\'s functional needs.
