Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Colorado Springs, CO
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers flexibility in caseload assignment and the opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment focused on student success.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Contract dates: August 11, 2026 – May 28, 2027
- K-12 caseload
- Caseload assignment flexible based on candidate preference and experience
- 1-2 school sites
- School sites are located less than one mile apart
- Interviewing candidates now
- Supportive multidisciplinary team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license with Special Services endorsement, or ability to obtain
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong background in assessment and progress monitoring practices
- Knowledge of MTSS frameworks and school-based service delivery
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
- Flexible, student-centered, and solution-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Support students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs
