Per Diem NNP - Level III and Newborn Nursery - 12-Hour ShiftsPediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our dynamic team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to support both our Newborn Nursery and expanding Level III NICU, while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Florida's most desirable communities.Your Role at a GlanceSchedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating weekendsStaffing Model: 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hoursResponsibilities: Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nurseryAttend high-risk deliveriesOversee daily responsibilities in the nurseryCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based careAbout Wellington Regional Medical CenterWRMC is a 233-bed acute care hospital serving western Palm Beach County.
